Comprehensive evaluation: It's not powerful enough to use alone, but it seems to be evaluated because it can form a loop combo with effect damage.
Effect damage is a dependent destruction trigger, so it's difficult to use yourself.
Card negate during the battle phase loses value in that it doesn't support 《Honest》.

The "polar ice beast" Synchro Monster is an anachronism in that it's not a general-purpose Synchro Monster, but it's not that strong. 《Glacial Beast Blizzard Wolf》and 《Glacial Beast Polar Penguin》can be used as Synchro materials, but the polar ice beasts are not categorized and there is no particular synergy between them, so the effect is subtle. I think that the effect of 2 will be mainly used as an attacker, but I think it will be difficult to prioritize it over other candidates for this effect.

I think it's a card for fan stories.
